Arbroath is an historic seaside town in Angus with perhaps its most famous building being the Abbey where the Declaration of Scottish Independence was signed. The Marine Court development is in a Grade B listed building near to the Arbroath beach front and esplanade. Being close to parks, beach and town centre the Marine Court apartments are ideal for a broad range of ages. Arbroath itself is now linked to Dundee, Scotland’s fourth largest City, by an excellent dual carriageway. There are also good road links north to Aberdeen via Brechin or Montrose.
